VR and Sense8 products for construction
and design

Facit are also keen to promote
application development, therefore we have designed programs and products that
show customers the use of VR in construction, retail, medical, defence,
engineering and data visualisation.

Facit, through use of VR and Sense8 products, have
worked with several clients using visualisation to enhance and improve the
design process. This allows rapid prototyping and simulation of new product
design, giving the client the ability to modify and change the prototype in a
very early, but critical stage of the manufacturing process.
Visualisation allows collaboration input from
multiple sources resulting in time and cost reductions.
Facit have developed a number of tools to
simplify the process of taking traditional 2D drawings into a 3D world. 3D
visualisation enables several different teams to visualise and improve the
project from construction contractor through to end customer.
