Through the use of VR and Sense8 Products, Facit have worked with
several clients using visualisation to enhance and improve the design process.
This allows rapid prototyping and simulation of new construction product giving the client the
ability to modify and change the prototype in the very early, but critical stage of the design process. Visualisation allows
multiple source collaboration, resulting in time and cost reductions.
Facit have developed an number of tools to simplify the process of taking
traditional 2D drawings into a 3D world. The 3D visualisation gives the opportunity to bring together
several teams to visualise and improve project from construction contractor through to end customer.
